LIFETIME WARRANTY
Due to our extreme confidence in our products, TruStep Medical offers one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. If your TruStep orthotics should ever break or crack, we will replace them free of charge. Naturally, this warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, or damage resulting from heat or abrasion. Due to the medical nature of TruStep orthotics, no refunds can be issued. There will only be exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY BEYOND THAT SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL BE VALID ONLY IF GIVEN IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF THE SALE AND SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF TRUSTEP MEDICAL CORPORATION. BUYER'S REMEDIES AS STATED HEREIN ARE BUYERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES, AND TRUSTEP MEDICAL CORPORATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER ORDINARY, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL.
